Deaconess Inyang Efiong Samuel

Deaconess Inyang Efiong SamuelDeaconess Inyang Efiong Samuel was born on the 25th of March, 1952, in Ikot Nakanda, a village contiguous to Okoroba Oyo Ita, both in Akpabuyo LGA. Her father was Chief Efiong Samuel while her mother was Madam Mukene Ubene Oyo Ita.

On attaining school age, she attended the Presbyterian Primary School, Ikot Nakanda, where she bagged her First School Leaving Certificate.

Upon completion of her primary education, our conferee was now prepared to be exposed to the business world at a very tender age and to lead her in that direction was no less a personality than her maternal auntie, Chief (Mrs) Ibok Efiom (nee, Ma Ibok Esien Ekpe Oku or Eti Anwan).

It was Ma Ibok who guarded and guided our conferee through petty trading which trade has now metamorphosed into the big time business enterprise that Deaconess Inyang now has under her control.

For her, it is not just all work and no play as she still finds time for philanthropic services. It is the wonderful and altruistic nature of hers that has endeared her to many organisations leading to the conferment of several awards on her including the exalted position of Patroness of the Boys Brigade of Nigeria (BBN) of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Ikot Nakanda, for her outstanding contribution.

Her social ife is encompassing and refreshing. She is down to earth, humble and accommodating. And above all, she is married with children.

May I with dignity invite Deaconess Inyang Efiong Samuel for the presentation to Etubom to be conferred with the revered title of 'OKOM' Ufok Etinyin Oyo Ita.
